Synthesys Computer Solutions is currently assisting Southwestern Electric Cooperative develop IT policies and a long term technology plan. The goal is to lower Southwestern Electric's technology costs while improving their employees' computing experiences. This will be accomplished by switching to technologies with lower Total Cost of Ownership over the long term and evaluating alternatives to their current vertical market systems. Synthesys has also implemented an IT management system which tracks employees, equipment, computer issues, and fixes. It allows the management and IT staff to have the information they need to make intelligent decisions at their fingertips.
Synthesys Computer Solutions is setting up long term policies, systems, and plans which will insure Southwestern Electric's future IT issues are efficiently solved.
C-Mac Inc.
With brick walls and cement floors, C-Mac owners Dave & Julie Embry had very little room for network cables. Synthesys implemented a completely wireless solution compatible with several unique vertical applications. Now office communications are efficient.
C-Mac also suffered from outdated computers and vertical software applications. By updating C-Mac's hardware and software, Synthesys enabled the capability of multiple users being able to access the same databases and systems.
